How does the free trial work?
Every paid plan (Starter, Growth, Pro) starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required — billing is handled through Shopify. If you decide not to continue, you automatically move to the Free plan with 10 conversations/month. Note: Pro+ does not include a free trial.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time through your Shopify admin. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What counts as an AI conversation?
Each customer chat session counts as one conversation, regardless of how many messages are exchanged within it. A customer returning to ask about the same order reuses the same conversation.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly pricing. For example, the Pro plan drops from $139/month to $111/month when billed annually — that's $336/year in savings. Pro+ drops from $999 to $799/month, saving $2,400/year.
What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
You get a notification at 80% usage. Once you hit the limit, new conversations are paused until next month or you upgrade. In-progress conversations always complete. Pro+ plan has unlimited conversations.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees on any plan. Install the app, and the AI configures itself by reading your store's products and policies. Most stores are live in under 5 minutes.
What's the difference between Pro and Pro+?
Pro gives you 10,000 conversations/month with custom AI instructions, full analytics, and priority support. Pro+ adds unlimited conversations and a dedicated account manager — built for enterprise stores with no conversation ceiling.
