Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 50 AI conversations total (lifetime, never resets) with full policy configuration and the floating chatbox widget. No credit card required, no time limit. It's the right fit for testing the AI on live traffic before committing to a paid plan.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Every paid plan — Starter, Growth, Pro, and Pro+ — includes a 14-day free trial. Billing is handled through Shopify, so no credit card is required up front. If you don't continue, you automatically move to the Free plan with 50 lifetime conversations.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Annual billing is 20% off monthly pricing. Starter drops from $19 to $15/mo ($48/yr saved). Growth drops from $49 to $39/mo ($120/yr saved). Pro drops from $139 to $111/mo ($336/yr saved). Pro+ drops from $999 to $799/mo ($2,400/yr saved).
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Shopify admin. Changes take effect immediately and Shopify handles proration automatically. You never get locked in.
What counts as an AI conversation?
One conversation equals one customer chat session, regardless of how many messages are exchanged inside it. If a customer returns to continue the same thread about the same order, that reuses the existing conversation. Abandoned chats are billed as a half-credit.
What happens if I hit my conversation limit?
You get a notification at 80% usage. Once you hit the cap, new conversations pause until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. In-progress conversations always finish — the AI never cuts off a customer mid-flow. Pro+ has no cap.
Is there a setup fee or minimum contract?
No setup fees and no minimum contracts on any plan. Install the app, let the AI read your products and policies, and you're live in under 5 minutes. Cancel anytime.
Which plan should I pick?
Start on Free if you want to test the AI without risk. Pick Starter if you handle fewer than 200 return chats a month. Most growing Shopify stores land on Growth (1,000 chats + auto-approval + advanced analytics). Choose Pro if you want custom AI instructions and >1,000 chats. Pro+ is for enterprise stores that need unlimited volume and a dedicated account manager.
What's the difference between Pro and Pro+?

Do you offer refunds?
Shopify handles billing for us, so refunds follow Shopify's standard billing policies. Because every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial, you can evaluate the product fully before any charge.
Is my data safe? Where is it stored?
Yes. Conversations and merchant data are stored in Convex (our encrypted backend) and we never train on your customer data. We're SOC 2 aligned and follow Shopify's data handling requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details.
