By installing and using Eturns, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Eturns provides an AI-powered after-sale support chatbot for Shopify stores. The service handles customer returns, exchanges, and refund requests through automated conversations.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify store and Eturns configuration. You agree to configure return and exchange policies accurately to ensure the AI operates correctly.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to manipulate the AI for fraudulent purposes, reverse-engineering the AI models, or using the service in violation of Shopify's terms.
5. Billing and Payments
Billing is handled through Shopify's billing system. Subscription charges are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. You may cancel at any time through your Shopify admin.
6. Limitation of Liability
Eturns is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to incorrect AI responses or processing errors.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
